Poets Respond to Race exhibits literary arts and holds open forums on race and diversity to offer a gateway into tough conversations that can change communities in the South.

ANTHOLOGY COVER HAND-CASTING PROJECT
The cover art for the first Poets Respond to Race anthology entitled Hand in Hand was sculpted by Kara Gunter for the Hands-On Community Project and photographed by Morrisa Booker. The anthology featuring over 40 poets from across the Southern U.S. will be released February 2017.
